STILL HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT HOW CASADOMS WORKS OR WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?
YOU’RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE. HERE ARE THE MOST COMMON THINGS PEOPLE ASK US.
When will CasaDoms be available for students?
We aim to launch the first pilot units within the next academic year, depending on municipal cooperation and partner involvement.
How are CasaDoms different from traditional student housing?
CasaDoms offers modular, cost-efficient, and sustainable housing, designed specifically around student lifestyles, unlike overpriced and outdated alternatives.
Can I get involved in the project or support CasaDoms?
Yes! We’re open to collaborations, student ambassadors, and volunteer support. Reach out via our Contact page.
How much will a Capsule Unit cost?
Our goal is to keep the monthly rent significantly below the local market average while still offering high-quality living spaces.
What exactly is a Capsule Unit?
A compact, self-contained living module with essential features: bed, desk, storage, and access to shared facilities. Think minimal, functional, and cozy.
Who can apply to live in a Capsule Unit?
Any student enrolled in a university or higher education program. Priority is given to students with housing difficulties, especially internationals.
Where will CasaDoms units be located?
We are currently coordinating with the city of Breda to secure well-connected, student-friendly locations near campuses and transport links.
Is the project eco-friendly?
Yes! Sustainability is core to our mission. We plan to use recycled materials, optimize energy usage, and reduce the construction footprint.
Are shared spaces included in the housing concept?
Absolutely. Community and social connection are essential. Our designs include common kitchens, lounges, and study areas.
Can I reserve a unit now or pre-register?
Not yet, but pre-registration will open soon! Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.
Still unsure? Let’s talk!
“Through smart design and shared values, we aim to redefine student housing: affordable, modular, and community-focused; so students can focus on learning, not surviving.”
