CasaDoms was born out of frustration, a frustration shared by thousands of students struggling to find a decent place to live.

We are students ourselves. We’ve navigated unfamiliar housing markets, faced overpriced and underwhelming rooms, and experienced the loneliness that often comes with student life. These aren’t just stories we heard, they’re also our own. And that’s exactly why CasaDoms exists: to change the way students experience housing.

It all started with a simple truth: students arrive in cities like Breda full of ambition, energy, and potential. But instead of opportunity, they often find waiting lists, unaffordable options, and instability.

We lived that reality. And instead of accepting it, we chose to build something better.

CasaDoms is not just a housing initiative, it’s a movement driven by students, for students. Our mission is to redefine what student living can look like: modular, accessible, sustainable, and deeply rooted in community.

We don’t just want to offer living units. We want to create spaces that help students thrive, spaces where they can focus on learning, feel at home, and grow alongside others.

Because we believe education should open doors, not be blocked by them.
