- Who We Are CasaDoms is a startup working to provide sustainable capsule housing for students in the Netherlands. At this stage, our Site is limited to collecting email addresses for future updates. No reservation, login, or booking functionality is currently available.

- You may browse the Site and submit your email to receive updates.
- You must be at least 16 years old to submit your email.
- You agree not to misuse the Site or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.
- Intellectual Property All content on the Site (text, images, branding, etc.) is owned by CasaDoms or its licensors and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
- No Guarantees We’re still in startup mode. We don’t guarantee timelines, availability, or future services. The content on the Site is provided “as is” for informational purposes only.
- Limitation of Liability CasaDoms shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site.
- Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
